Owner David Rogers opened Bluegrass Collision Center after the previous auto body shop he worked for was sold and shut down. David felt a responsibility to his former customers and decided to start his own business focused on providing excellent customer service and auto body work at a fair price. For years, David had listened to what customers wanted from an auto body shop, but he was unable to follow through due to company policy. Today, he can make his customers’ wish-lists a reality. Perhaps, it’s a free wash and wax after repairs are complete or a lights and wipers check—often, it’s all about the little things.
